Stability was the name of the game for me. I was raised to stay in school, get the degree, find the job, clock in and out every day, so that’s what I tried to do.
I enrolled in nursing, worked multiple part-time jobs and followed the path that was supposed to make sense. But even then, something felt off. I knew I didn’t want to do this forever, I just didn’t know what “else” looked like yet.
Then my fiancé asked, “What if we tried this business model?” We built a website for a small idea of ours. The business didn’t last, but building that website changed everything. I realised I loved the process: designing, problem-solving, mixing creativity with logic. Everything what I had pushed away after internships in the design industry.
That spark turned into The Cloudfairy, a creative studio based in Tiel. I help creative thinkers and small brands bring their ideas into form through branding, web design, and the occasional touch of motion or 3D when the project calls for it.
