Yes! I ship worldwide through PostNL, though some regions (such as the USA) may be temporarily excluded due to shipping restrictions or delays. Europe is fully covered, and many international destinations are available at checkout.

All orders are shipped via PostNL’s standard letterbox service (no signature required). Most items are lightweight- such as stickers, pins, and postcards, and are shipped as small flat packages. At this time, tracking is not included by default.
Yes, product prices include 21% VAT (where applicable). This applies to physical items in the shop.
Services (offered through the studio side of the website) are invoiced separately and VAT is applied according to the destination country and business type.
For orders outside the EU, customs or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Due to the small-scale and handmade nature of the items, returns are handled case-by-case. Please email me within 14 days of receiving your order if there’s a problem.

Digital downloads and custom items are non-refundable
